Happy Thanksgiving from our family to yours! 🦃 🥧

As we slow down today and reflect on the last six and a half years, our hearts are full. When we first opened Free Spirit, our dream was simple create a place where families could move, play, breathe, and feel supported in a warm and uplifting community. You welcomed us with open arms and helped us grow into something meaningful and deeply special.

Because of your support, kindness, and belief in what we do, we are excited to share something brand new Free Spirit is officially FRANCHISING 🎉 This next chapter will allow us to bring mindful movement, joyful play, and purposeful connection to more families and more communities around the west coast (at least to start)!

We would not be here without you. To every parent, every kid, every friend, every yoga student and every member of our Bend community thank you for showing up, for cheering us on, and for being part of our Free Spirit family.

Our Santa Pajama Jam is back for its 3rd year, and it’s becoming one of our favorite Free Spirit holiday traditions. Families love this event because kids get to truly connect with Santa — from sweet photo moments to story time, bubbles, laughs, and the warmest Santa hugs. 🧑‍🎄

Join us on Friday, December 5 for kids ages 10 months to eight years old, with three different timeslots to choose from! It’s holiday magic in cozy pajamas, inside our joyful ninja gym, with plenty of time for play and memories that last all season long.

Kids Open Play is the perfect way to add Free Spirit to your Old Mill adventures — whether you are shopping, strolling, or grabbing a warm drink.

Join us all week for our afternoon open plays for kids ages thirteen and under. An adult needs to stay to supervise, and it is the best spot for easy, joy filled play dates. Help us spread the word and bring your friends along for the fun. 🤩

🥧 We will be closed on Thanksgiving Day.

Our recent Kids Ninja Competition was filled with so many powerful moments of connection- you could feel the Free Spirit energy everywhere. Competitors cheering each other on, families and friends lifting up every athlete, huge hugs, high fives, and joyful movement flowing through the entire gym 🤩 🙌

We are all about team spirit, positive reinforcement, and creating a space where kids feel supported, celebrated, and inspired. This competition showcased all of it. We are so proud of every ninja who showed up with courage, grit, heart, and kindness.

Thank you to our amazing community for bringing such love and encouragement. These moments are what Free Spirit is all about. 💙💛💗
