So if it’s not growing pains, it could be Osgood Schlatter’s!
How to identify:

1) A visible, tender bump right below the kneecap
2) Pain that gets worse with jumping or sprinting
3) Sensitivity when they kneel down

Why this happens?

Your child’s bones are growing faster than their muscles, causing the quad tendon to literally “tug” on the growth plate. It’s an overuse injury and we can help!! Don’t let this sideline your kiddo!!

Resolve Physical Therapy

I founded Resolve Physical Therapy because it has always been my dream to build my own Physical Therapy Business from the ground up. I have had great mentors in the past to help me get to this point for which I am grateful and will never forget. I am excited to offer you superior care from myself, with support from many in the medical community, physical therapy services for personal injuries, motor vehicle accidents, work injuries, post-operative care, vertigo, other vestibular disorders, and runner’s rehabilitation!

I am a lucky star who enjoys coming to work every day helping people better their lives and then coming home to be the best Mom and wife I can be to my most supportive husband and two little girls. Come see me today you won’t regret it!
