Some fun stuff about me: I’m not just a licensed massage therapist, esthetician, and soon to be Health & Wellness Coach- I’m also a first time Fit Model Competitor. I love learning, growing and challenging myself as a person, but I also LOVE 💕 helping others feel better in their bodies- inside and out. Oh yeah- I’m also a mom to 4 kids and one really cute cat named Cupcake!

15 weeks out from my first Fit Model Competition- just got my updated macros and workouts from my coach. We’ve slightly decreased my carbohydrates, from 200 to 180 grams. Protein and fats are staying the same. We’ve increased my cardio to three 20 minute heart pumping sessions. I’m excited- time is going by so fast!
