Cold plunging isn’t one-size-fits-all.

Which is why we have multiple cold plunges set to different temperatures. You can find the experience that works for you — whether that’s easing in with Social, settling into the more intentional Equinox lounge, or going all in with the Solstice plunge (~40°F).

And if the private lounges are open, Flow members can access them during their visit, making it easy to shift between spaces and temperatures as you move through your session.
