We are a vegan and free of gluten brand over here, but we do add a dab honey and here’s why:

Most importantly, our bees work very hard every day, all day long, all Winter long to stay alive. In the Spring, a scout comes out of the box to see if there are any blooms. If so, then they start pollination, more eggs are laid & the honey making process begins all over again.

Honey is a natural sweetener, but also an anti-inflammatory liquid, anti-viral, antibacterial, aphrodisiac with bioactive plant compounds and antioxidants! Additionally, raw honey like ours contains propolis, a resin that bees produce from sap-producing trees and similar plants. Propolis may improve cholesterol and triglyceride levels & can be used to regulate your immune system. THANK YOU BEES!
