Last month I had the chance to attend Comedy for Kids, the annual Big Brothers Big Sisters charity event here in Bend. Even though I’m sharing this a little late, I’m still feeling so inspired by the incredible work this organization does for youth in our community.

It was such a fun evening for a great cause, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to support programs that make a real difference in the lives of local kids and teens.

Here’s to more laughter, connection, and community impact. 💙

Hi, I’m Carly! I’m the Front Office Manager here at Vitality Integrative Skin Clinic. My passion for skincare and wellness is what gravitated me toward this position in the first place, and being part of this team has been such a perfect fit. Outside of the clinic, I love skiing, kiteboarding, and spending time with my horse, K2. I also co-host Airbnb properties, which lets me channel my love for hospitality and attention to detail. Hi, I’m Michelle Hirschy, FNP I’m a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a deep passion for functional medicine and its ability to transform lives. My healthcare journey began in 2005, and even then, I felt drawn to a more holistic approach. Over time, I saw patients struggling with unexplained symptoms—something I personally understood—which led me to seek out functional medicine.

Through my own healing and specialized training with the Institute of Functional Medicine, I discovered how powerful it is to look at the whole person—physiological, mental, and lifestyle balance—when restoring health. Today, I love practicing functional medicine and seeing the remarkable results of uncovering root causes and helping the body heal itself.

When I’m not with patients, you can usually find me outdoors hiking or biking, or expressing my creativity through painting and photography.

We’ve had some wonderful new followers, so I’d love to introduce myself!

I’m Erin Bishop, and I opened Vitality Integrative Skin Clinic in 2017. My path to Integrative and Functional Medicine began after being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease at 29, which left me searching for answers. That experience led me to root-cause medicine and, ultimately, to healing through nutrition, stress reduction, and botanical treatments.

Today, I’m board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner, Geriatric Nurse Practitioner, and Dermatology Certified Nurse Practitioner, with additional training and certification through the Institute for Functional Medicine. I feel truly blessed to do this work and support others on their healing journey.
