☘️Luck of the Irish to u! .. & Mental health Monday!
So blessed for a massage , got to connect w a new gf at a Sound bath meditation & silent disco party. . I wasn’t vibing too deeply w the tunes so I skipped out of the sauna part of the eve to head to my new movement office to get a personal workout sess. before bed. I’m so 🤗to be feeling better, (too much crud floating around ! ) hope everyone is staying safe & happy st pat’s! Hashtag it’s work💪🏽 to be close to fit over 50! Getting excited & ready to launch my MOVE for mental health (movement) groups ! It’s been too long since I taught group ex, I can’t wait !
