🤔 “Why did this tendon start hurting?”

Most people think tendinopathy = doing too much, too fast. And yes — rapid spikes in training load can be a factor. But that’s not the whole story. Biomechanics matter too. ⚙

👉 How you move, how you load joints, even how strong (or weak) supporting muscles are — all play a role in whether a tendon can handle the stress you’re putting on it.
