As I prepare for my happy place to reopen, I’m feeling really thankful for all that has done to keep me well equipped and motivated to keep moving towards my goals. I was able to borrow a ton of equipment from the gym and received daily workouts tailored to me. It’s had its challenges, like anything else worth doing, but I really couldn’t ask for anything more.

5 Tips for Healthy Flaxseed Eating:
1.) Keep Cold. Store flaxseed in your fridge or freezer to protect the sensitive fats.
2.) Buy Whole. Purchase whole and grind as needed.
3.) Grind Down. Avoid consuming whole flaxseed as your body can’t digest them. Grind in a coffee grinder.
4.) Egg Replacement. Combined 1 TBSP ground flax with 1/4 cup water to replace an egg in baking.
5.) Enjoy in moderation. A little is a good thing! Too much may affect normal hormonal balance.
