Mary Craig Counseling Marriage and Family Therapist Registered Intern (IMF 62552) Available by appointment. I came into the field of psychotherapy because I enjoy helping people.

I believe that each person has a natural potential that we can actualize and through which we can find meaning. I respect that each person has a subjective experience and the capacity to make positive and constructive conscious choices. My approach to therapy is integrative, incorporating client-centered and humanistic theories along with cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and EMDR as appropriate for each client.
