Monday 9:00 AM Full Body
Monday 6:00 PM Lower Body
Wednesday 9:00 AM Full Body
Wednesday 5:00 PM Upper Body
Saturday 7:30 AM Lower Body
Sundays 8:30 AM Full Body (alternated with other classes).
