We’re trying an experiment in the office. Have an apple after lunch when we are feeling tired instead of coffee or caffeinated drinks. It works!

Apples are rich in natural sugars, dietary fiber, and antioxidants which contribute to their health benefits. They provide a steady source of energy without the jitters associated with caffeine consumption. This makes apples an excellent choice for those looking to enjoy a quick energy boost without the negative side effects of caffeine.

Btw, these were purchased locally at Randy’s grocery store in Benld. They are delicious!

Took a power walk at lunch. Enjoyed the beautiful weather and felt like a tourist taking photos of all the sights on Benld’s Main Street.

Fun day at the office! Fall is in the air. The staff got the office all decorated and even put glasses on our scarecrow 😂. Mark from Gotcha Latte delivered some drinks to pep us up in the afternoon. We also welcomed Dr. Valerie Barber to our staff today.
