Hey Friends! Some friends and I put together a fund to directly benefit Omaha Rapid Response! They, along with Relevant Community Church in Elkhorn, NE have had crews on the ground since Saturday cleaning up and rebuilding from the devastating tornadoes on Friday! Here is an opportunity for your kids to spend some consistent time around the horses, learning more about care and handling, communicating and working on horsemanship skills.

We plan to spend some time outside as well as some work in the arena and a few other fun things we have in the works. Lunch will be provided.

Participation is limited to availability of horses. Your spot is reserved once payment is received.

Does your horse exhibit any of these signs and symptoms? If so, you may want to get them checked by a certified and licensed equine chiropractor!

🐴 Evading contact when grooming the back
🐴 Pinning ears, biting or side-stepping away when saddling
🐴 Sinking, bucking or rearing when getting on
🐴 Tail swishing or wringing when under saddle
🐴 Restricting rolling or lying- only rolling half way
🐴 Rearranging stall bedding so they can stand in a more comfortable position
🐴Becoming difficult to catch
🐴Resistance to backing
🐴Resisting lateral work, usually to one side
🐴Stiff behind, not engaging hind quarters or collecting
🐴Less responsive to spurs over time
🐴Fidgety, tense, unable to concentrate
🐴Rope horse stopping too soon or too late
🐴Reining horse won’t sit to slide
🐴Jumper with less thrust, fixed hollow back, rush to or away from fences, refusing combinations

🐴Barrel horse going in wide, coming off wide or running past the barrel, sometimes up the fence or not bending
