There’s nothing more satisfying than helping a client who has never experienced a true therapeutic massage. ❤️‍🩹 It’s so rewarding to be able to address pain that has been overlooked or neglected all together. Praise.

I totally get it. Sometimes we don’t think of massage until we are achey and suffering. I try to accommodate serious painful emergencies, but want to remind you to plan ahead and book your routine appointments ahead of time as I am filling up more and more. If you know you’re going to be doing something strenuous, working out hard, starting a new workout routine, working on a stressful project, etc., book your massage. 💕

Stay well, wash your hands frequently, and have a great rest of your week and weekend! 🙏🏼

One more thing- if you’re sick, massage will only make it worse. Please stay home and rest ❤️‍🩹

Hi everyone, I wanted to share a bit about my journey, who I am, and the heart behind the work I do.

Proverbs 3:6 Seek His will in ALL you do, and he will show you which path to take. Here is where He has lead me:

I’m Monica Johnson, LMT, a highly trained and award‑winning massage therapist dedicated to helping my clients heal, recover, and restore balance through skilled, compassionate bodywork. I graduated from the Midwest School of Massage, where I had the privilege of training under Les Lundberg, MS, ATC, LMT. His background — including a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training, a Master of Science in Sports Medicine, and an internship with Mayo Clinic Sports Medicine — helped shape my own commitment to evidence‑based care and exceptional client outcomes.

I completed extensive training in Shiatsu, Swedish Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Reflexology, and Sports Massage, passed the required Nebraska State Board Exam, and proudly opened my clinic in 2015.

Not long after opening, I was honored to receive community recognition through the Omaha World‑Herald Choice Awards, winning for five consecutive years (2016–2020).

Above all, I blend technical skill with a genuine passion for healing. My goal is to create a therapeutic space where each client feels supported, understood, and restored. Whether I’m working with everyday clients, cancer survivors, children, or elite athletes, I personalize every session to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall well‑being.

Since opening my clinic in 2015, I’ve been committed to offering massage therapy grounded in professionalism, compassion, and excellence — and I’m truly grateful for every person who has trusted me with their care.
