Sunday, April 5th is canceled. We forgot it's Easter. But feel free to join the next ones in our series.

Candlelight Meditation Series

Sundays at 3pm - Save the dates:

May 3rd, June 7th, July 5th, Aug 9th, Sept 6th

$12.00 per person

Trataka is an ancient Ayurvedic meditation technique (or kriya) that involves gazing intently at a single, small point—traditionally a candle flame—to still the mind and deepen concentration. By directing the sense of sight, this practice improves focus, clears mental clutter, reduces anxiety, alleviates insomnia, and strengthens eye muscles. The focus is on the pineal gland, which according to Ayurveda, is the seat of the third eye chakra, where our intuition lives.

This guided mediation series is an in-person group session is meant also to coincide with astrologer Pam Gregory's Sunday meditation in the UK, in an effort to unify a heightened consciousness and usher in a sense of calm and well-being. These sessions happen on the first Sunday of every month.

Be gentle with yourself, patient for this new phase, and open to blessings. Breathe, limit your technology usage, and remember that all of this is right on time.

🕯 DAY EIGHTEEN. FEBRUARY 18th.

THE BEGINNING OF PRACTICE.
When Fire Enters the Hands. 🙌 🔥

The Old Ways. 🧙

By the eighteenth day after Imbolc, the flame is no longer philosophical.

It must be used.

In the Old Ways, this was where winter reflection turned into small physical acts. Not grand rites. Not dramatic invocations.

Practice.

The ancestors understood.

Fire that is not used fades.
Power that is not grounded destabilises.
Spirit must enter the hands to endure.

This was the shift from inner tending to outer working.

Not performance.

Embodiment.

High Priestess Authority.

This is where the Priestess stops speaking about alignment and begins living it.

Not loudly.
Not publicly.

Consistently.

Authority is not mystical fog.
It is repetition.

Medium Transmission.

The current right now feels steadier.

Less emotional.
More embodied.

The collective is ready for grounding.

You may notice.

A desire to touch soil, wood, oil, or stone.
A pull toward making something with your hands.
A quiet call to simplify your spiritual practice.

This is not regression.

This is rooting.

Norse Current.

Even Odin did not gain wisdom without action.

Even the runes were carved.

Knowledge becomes power only when practiced.

The Norns weave but humans must act.

🕯 Daily Practice Is Touch the Work.

Today, do one physical act of witchcraft.

Not elaborate.

Simple.

Prepare oil.
Clean your altar.
Carve a rune.
Walk the land.
Stir herbs with intention.

As you do, say inwardly.

“I ground my fire into the world.”

Imbolc lit the flame.
Day Eighteen puts it into your hands.

Blessed be
Justine. 🧙💜

Our Story

Thai Bodywork & Massage Therapy - Mind & Body Wellness exists for the purpose of providing holistic treatments, a therapeutic safe-space, and education for the community on methods of maintaining wellness in a world where an individual's health and prosperity are too many times devalued. We believe whole-heartedly in the sacred routine of nurturing one's self, and eliminating any factors that cause our selves harm. We believe that we already have many of the tools needed to maintain homeostasis, both in our bodies and our lives, and that by creating a community of like-minded individuals seeking to remove negative impacts on our health and environment, we can create a better world. Namaste.
