✨ Mindfulness, Movement & Music for Kids — Starting This Saturday, March 7 at Tru Healing ✨

We’re so excited to welcome kids (and grown-ups!) into a playful, grounding space led by Jeannie, designed to support confidence, connection, and emotional awareness through movement, music, and imagination.

🗓 Saturday, March 7
🕚 Ages 3–6 (Guardian + Child): 11:00–12:00 PM
A fun, gentle class where kids and caregivers move, breathe, sing, and play together. Expect yoga, music, games, instruments, and lots of joy as you create a special bond and shared calm.

🕧 Ages 7–12: 12:30–1:30 PM
An independent class blending mindfulness, breathing, yoga poses, music, and creative play. Kids build focus, confidence, self-expression, and social connection in a safe, nurturing environment.

Perfect for children who love to move, imagine, and grow in a supportive space 🤍
