LPMG Cleaning is hiring a Weekend Cleaning Supervisor to help oversee Airbnb cleanings on Saturdays and Sundays (9AM–5PM) across Philadelphia.

This person will:
✅ Train new team members using our SOPs
✅ Check units before guest check-ins (Quality Control)
✅ Deliver & restock inventory
✅ Help manage the weekend schedule
✅ Be the go-to support person for our cleaners and hosts

Pay: $19/hour
Schedule: Every Saturday & Sunday
Bilingual (Spanish/English) a big plus
Must have a vehicle and valid license

We’re looking for someone reliable, confident, and ready to step into a leadership role.

I’m incredibly honored to be part of the 2025 BGV Emerging Leaders Fellowship—and this week, we had our very first in-person meet-up in Philly! 💼✨
