At Juniper Village at Bucks County, we believe the holidays should feel a little magical—so we invited some experts! Spruce Ridge Reindeer Farm brought two of their reindeer, Clarissa and Star, for a special visit that turned an ordinary winter afternoon into something extraordinary.

Residents from every care neighborhood, along with our associates, dressed in holiday attire to meet these gentle visitors, learn from their caretakers, and enjoy a rare up-close moment with animals usually seen only in storybooks. Judging by the laughter and wide smiles, Clarissa and Star did their job beautifully.

It was one more reminder of what makes our Bucks County campus so special: meaningful experiences, shared joy, and a community that knows how to celebrate the season together.

Thank you to residents, families, and community vendors who joined us for our very first Bucks Holiday Market!

From handcrafted treasures and artwork to one-of-a-kind finds, our lobby was filled with the creativity, talent, and passions of both Juniper residents and local makers. It was a joyful chance to shop small, support local crafters, and celebrate the season together. The day was a grand success — and we’re already dreaming up how to make next year’s market even bigger, brighter, and merrier!

Tis the Season for Holiday Cheer at Juniper Village!

Residents have brought the magic of the holidays to life with the inaugural Winter Train Village! This interactive exhibit invites visitors of all ages to experience the joy of running a toy train.

The N-gauge train travels along a simple circular track, lighting the way through beautifully painted houses crafted by our creative residents. Local craft supplies from Michaels Stores helped bring this festive vision to life.

Whether you’re a child or a first-time operator, the Winter Train Village is a heartwarming experience that spreads holiday cheer throughout our campus. Come join us and make some magical memories!

At Juniper Village at Bucks, Thanksgiving morning is never quiet—we kick off the holiday with donuts, coffee, and the parade in our William Lathrop Arts Center! Residents and associates stop by for a quick dose of gratitude, community, and holiday cheer.

Leadership Spotlight: Eric Comisky, Environmental Services Director

At Juniper, we believe a small group of thoughtful, committed individuals can change the world—and sometimes, one of those individuals arrives with a masonry trowel and a lifetime of craftsmanship.

Meet Eric Comisky, our Environmental Services Director, who joined the team in the summer of 2024 after more than 30 years in the masonry trade. Eric came looking for a career change—and discovered a calling. What started as a new chapter quickly turned into a passion for senior living, where he realized the work is about far more than maintaining a building… it’s about nurturing the spirit of life for the people who call it home.

Eric’s exceptional work ethic, commitment to precision, and deep respect for durability propelled him into the director role within his first year. Today, he leads with humility, heart, and a love for the camaraderie that comes from a team united in purpose. When he’s not ensuring our community shines, you’ll find Eric fueling his adventurous streak with motorcycles, skiing, bowling, and golfing.

We’re grateful for Eric’s steady hands, generous spirit, and the joy he brings to residents and associates every day. Thank you, Eric, for helping us nurture the spirit of life—one day, one project, and one heartfelt connection at a time.
