Want to get your first pullup?
We have had a handful of clients get their first pull-up this month and here are 4 exercises staggered in training blocks that helped:
🔺Dead Hangs- being able to support your own body weight
🔺Isometrics- being able to hold yourself in weak positions (over bar, 90 degrees etc..)
🔺Eccentrics- controlling yourself down slow in the lengthening phase with time under tension to build strength
🔺Lat Pulldowns- these will help with your vertical pulling strength and are a MUST in your program
