✨Hummus✨

In a food processor, combine the tahini and lemon juice and blend for about 2 minutes. Add the olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, and salt and process for another 30 seconds.

Drain and rinse the chickpeas. Add half of the chickpeas to the food processor and mix for 30 seconds. Add the remainder of the chickpeas and mix until very smooth, about 2 minutes.

If the hummus seems too thick, add a bit of water, 1 Tbsp at a time, until it reaches your desired consistency.

Store in the refrigerator in an air-tight container.
