Updated Prices and Policies for 2026
We want to thank you greatly for continuing to trust us for your massage therapy and skincare needs. Our hope is that you'll continue to entrust us in helping you reach your wellness goals.
In the past three years that we have been in business, we only raised our rates once by $5 to make sure our services remained affordable to all our clients. However, due to the rise in operational costs and high inflation, we now have to raise the prices on our services.
After much consideration, as of April 7th, 2026, our services will be priced as follows:
Swedish & Deep Tissue Massage
30-minute - $60
60-minute - $90
90-minute - $130
120-minute - $170
Pregnancy Massage
60-minute - $90
90-minute - $130
Hot Stone Massage
60-minute - $105
90-minute - $145
120-minute - $185
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)
Manual lymphatic massages are rendered by a nationally Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT).
(Includes hot/cold stone therapy, gua sha, and select essential oils)
45-minute - $85 (sinus relief)
60-minute - $100 (Neurolymphatic; can improve quality of sleep, brain function, migraines and overall sinus drainage)
90-minute - $130 (best for full-body MLD, potentially can enhance body detoxification and help improve autoimmunity symptoms; also best for pre/post surgical procedures including, but not limited to breast reduction, liposuction, tummy tucks, joint replacements, etc)
First-time MLD clients with medical conditions or a history of high-risk health issues are entitled to a complimentary 30-45 minute consultation to go over their health history. This ensures the best care and safety for clients.
Therapeutic Massage
(includes hot stone therapy, 5 hot towels, and gua sha; these modalities serve the purpose to potentially increase muscular and fascial mobility, help improve blood circulation and possibly aid in pain relief)

Raindrop Therapy Technique
Young Living’s proprietary Raindrop Technique® is an aromatherapy-based approach with carefully curated essential oils for a deeply rejuvenating, and relaxing experience. It's meant to provide nurturing harmony—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Essential oils are applied into the reflex points of the feet and along the spine. The oils used during the service potentially can stimulate the immune system and aid in facilitating detoxification.

Add-ons
Hot Towels
Hot towels are integral to providing clients relaxation during their massage and indispensable in providing trigger point and myofascial release. To continue in our mission to provide our clients quality care, we will be adding hot towels as an add-on.
1 hot towel - free
Additional hot towels - $1 per towel
For 60-minute sessions, we suggest at least 3 additional hot towels for neck/back work, and for the feet. For 90-minute massages, we suggest at least 5 additional hot towels for the best experience.
Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy is a vital part of the relaxation experience. For many, aromatherapy brings mental and emotional healing. And for others, due to analgesic properties found in many essential oils and hydrosols, a necessary aid for pain relief. To be able to continue offering aromatherapy as part of our services, we will be adding $9 per selection/blends of your choice.

Policy Updates for 2026
No-Show/Cancellation Policy
Previously we had issued a No-Show/Cancellation Policy but we rarely enforced it. However, due to the rise of no-shows, we will be enforcing our No-Show/Cancellation policy starting April 1st, 2026.
This is to ensure that we are able to serve our clients efficiently at maximum capacity without losing slots that could have gone to other clients who would have been able to fill that time slot.
Our policy requires that any changes to appointments be made at least 24-hours in advance for 90-minute or shorter duration sessions. Clients that have booked a Two-Hour Session need to cancel at least 48 hours in advance.
For 90-minute or shorter sessions: any cancellations or rescheduling made within 24-hours will incur 25% of the cost of the service. For Two-hour or longer sessions: any cancellations or rescheduling made within 48-hours will incur 25% of the cost of the service. A No-Show will incur 100% of the cost of the service. This must be paid before scheduling the next appointment with us.
Please call and text 919-902-3373 to cancel your appointment. If no one answers, please leave a voicemail stating your full name, the time of your appointment, and that you need to cancel your appointment. Please save this number in your phone as Somatic Spa & Wellness. This ensures that we get your cancellation request without a problem. You are also welcome to email your cancellation or reschedule at somatictouchspa@gmail.com.
Late-Arrival Policy
Clients who are late to their appointments risk getting their appointment time cut short and they will not be reimbursed for the time lost.
Refund Policy
Refunds on series or packages incur charges. If a client has already used a part of a series or a package, and requests a refund, the services that were already provided will be considered at full price and charged as such. The remaining balance will then be refunded.
For credit card/debit card refunds, please expect 2-7 days for funds to be returned to your account.
Scent Policy
Due to the nature of our practice, we are not a fragrance-free facility. However, we humbly request that clients refrain from donning strong scents. This is to ensure that clients that may have an allergy or chemical sensitivities do not have any reactions. Some scents can also be an irritant to therapists and can deter the therapist from providing you the best care during your session. Light scents are best.
Cell-Phone Policy
We request that any visitors or clients that are waiting in our lobby area refrain from using the cell phone on loudspeaker mode. This is to ensure a quiet atmosphere for all clients during their time with us at Somatic Spa & Wellness.
