Merry Christmas from our work family! We celebrated the season today with a delicious pasta bar, sweet treats, and a fun gift exchange. Our team truly is the heart of what we do, and they deserve to be celebrated and appreciated not just today, but every day. ❤️

A huge thank you to The Moors Resort & Marina @ Kentucky Lake for catering our employee Christmas lunch. Everything was absolutely amazing, as always. We’re so grateful for the delivery, setup, and attention to every detail that made it all perfect. 🎄✨

Our hearts are heavy as we learn of the devastating fire that has impacted the Doss family and their dental office. We cannot imagine the pain and disruption this has caused, and we want Dr. Doss, his family, and their wonderful staff to know that they are not alone.

At J&R Pharmacy, we are keeping each of you in our thoughts and prayers. In times like these, community matters most — and we stand beside you with compassion, support, and hope for brighter days ahead.

Today brought not one, but TWO special deliveries to the pharmacy, and our hearts are so full. ❤️

Thank you Jeff and Sharon Wiseman for the gorgeous Christmas centerpiece and for celebrating this next chapter of J&R Pharmacy with us. These two have been nothing short of amazing—so supportive, so encouraging, and truly invested in helping us succeed. We pray we can continue running this business with the same dedication and heart that their family poured into it for so many years.

And thank you to my dear friend Lori Henson for the most beautiful flower arrangement. Your sweet message of congratulations and appreciation means more than you know. It is incredibly special to feel so supported by people who believe in us.

We are beyond grateful for the love, kindness, and encouragement surrounding us during this transition. Our hearts are full, and our gratitude is endless. ❤️🎄

We are incredibly grateful to share that our family is now the new owner of J&R Pharmacy. This opportunity is truly an honor, and we are humbled to continue serving Marshall County as your locally owned pharmacy.

Although ownership is new, the heart of J&R remains the same. Our name is staying the same, and the pharmacists you know and trust will continue caring for you just as they always have. Our commitment to honest, compassionate, patient-centered care will never change.

Family means everything to us, and that is exactly how we plan to care for both our employees and the patients who walk through our doors. We want everyone who visits J&R to feel welcomed, valued, and supported — like an extension of our own family.

We are proud to continue offering the same services our community depends on, including prescription delivery, immunizations, medication synchronization, and pill packaging. Our promise is to provide these services with excellence, warmth, and genuine dedication.
