Joe and I have been drinking Drip Drop, buying it from their site website or from Amazon for a few months, and before that we had adult pedialyte in the fridge. BUT this week Plexus introduced Hydrate! I'm looking forward to receiving our orders and having just one more item that I get paid to purchase! What a company, thinks of everything!

Here you go...... sharing because her story is to good not too!

First and for most I'm consistent and committed! I drink a glass of water when I get up. Then I drink my Hunger control slim mixed with Active around 10. I'm only drinking water. (Black coffee is ok if you want... I don't) At 12 I take 2 Metaburns you may need to start with 1 or take the 2nd at 2.
I'm eating from 12pm to 6pm... 4 times a day. 2 Lean shakes a day... usually 1 sometimes 2 very small snacks like a few peperonies/salami/bacon and some cheese maybe a couple of strawberries or blueberries. NO crackers. And 1 healthy protein meal with lots of veggies. No rice or bread. I will have a baked potato every now and then at lunch but never at dinner. If my food meal was at 6/dinner I'll have a shake at lunch/12 the next day. I try to normally have that meal at 4. Then a shake at 6. Basically starting at 12.. eat every 2 hours till 6. At bedtime I take my Biocleanse and my Probio5s.
