Stillness…safety…a sanctuary for your precious self.💞
That energy is in our entire building and belief… a knowing that whoever you are receiving services from… your needs, your emotions, your words, they are held in the highest regard of confidentiality and respect.
I had first hand experience with how vital this is during this past year…
The year I lost my sister…and experienced some of the most excruciating emotions…
And no matter where I found myself; in Andrea’s chair, on Rachel’s table, or in my own room sitting in stillness, I knew without any doubt that my tears, my anger, my profound grief was nurtured and loved, and kept private. How I was feeling and what I was experiencing… it was/is my business. My privacy to share only if/when I wanted to…
It is vital that we feel safe. It’s our root chakra. Feet on the ground, in our human body, trusting the space/steps on our journey through this life.
Because one day, true for us all, our body will be gone… and that feeling of safety is vital while we are here.
My sister’s body is no longer. But her spirit…her soul… the part of her that loved so deeply, without any conditions; it’s forever. She has shown me, without any doubt, just how real this is. How she is light that never dies. How we are light that never dies.
In stillness, in quiet, in safety, we can hear this, feel this, know this…for we can never be separated from our light, our soul.
The sessions and services I offer are rooted in this. A remembering of just how incredible you already are, in the safety and sanctuary of this space.
2026 is a “new beginnings” year. New beginnings doesn’t mean “everything is perfect, shiny, new”… it means a new way… and that way is stillness…
Life will still happen…schedules, careers, relationships, highs and lows, birth and death…it’s all a piece of the journey…
Allow yourself to move through life with remembrance of your light, in the stillness of who you are.
