As spring arrives, we're renewing our efforts to bring joy to our residents! The community rallied around our bench initiative, and now we're counting on your support again. Our recent trip to the Marshall museum in Fort Smith was a huge success, thanks to careful planning and generous donations. We're eager to create similar memories for our female residents at Garvan Gardens, but we need your help. We're relying on donations to cover admission and golf cart tours, ensuring they can take in the breathtaking tulips and enjoy the surroundings. Our goal is to make this trip happen by April 1st, when the tulips are still in bloom. Every contribution, no matter the size, brings us closer to making this experience unforgettable. If you're able to donate, please visit our facility and ask for Sharon, our Activity Director.

Four Seasons Assisted Living in Benton, AR is currently seeking a Licensed Dietary Manager to join our team!

We use Sysco’s menu system, so menu writing isn’t required. This position will work alongside our dietary team to ensure compliance and quality meal service for our residents.

Primary responsibilities include:
• Assisting with weekly order lists and inventory
• Overseeing dietary staff scheduling
• Supporting kitchen operations and training staff as needed
• Ensuring compliance with state dietary regulations

Requirements:
• Must hold a current Arkansas Licensed Dietary Manager (LDM) certification
• Experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred

❄️ Four Seasons Winter Coat Drive ❄️

As the temperatures drop, many in our community are facing the cold with little to keep them warm. This year, we’re coming together to change that. A single coat, blanket, or pair of gloves may seem small but to someone without warmth, it can mean everything.

Starting Friday, we will have donation totes set up at both entrances for anyone wishing to drop off gently used coats, blankets, gloves, beanies, etc. On Christmas Eve, we will personally be delivering these items to our local homeless community to ensure they’re in the hands of those who need them most.

Last night our owner held a meeting with families to explain the Medicaid rate freeze and how it’s impacting Four Seasons and assisted livings across Arkansas. If you weren’t able to attend, here is the full recap in 3 parts. Please take the time to watch it. This situation is critical, and we need every voice we can get. Share it with anyone who needs to understand what’s going on and why facilities like ours are struggling.

The 11th Annual Trick or Treat Bash was a definite success! 👻 Thank you to everyone who came and helped make this night special.
