📣 NOW HIRING: Licensed Dietary Manager (LDM)
Four Seasons Assisted Living in Benton, AR is currently seeking a Licensed Dietary Manager to join our team!

We use Sysco’s menu system, so menu writing isn’t required. This position will work alongside our dietary team to ensure compliance and quality meal service for our residents.

Primary responsibilities include:
• Assisting with weekly order lists and inventory
• Overseeing dietary staff scheduling
• Supporting kitchen operations and training staff as needed
• Ensuring compliance with state dietary regulations

Requirements:
• Must hold a current Arkansas Licensed Dietary Manager (LDM) certification
• Experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred

Our residents absolutely light up seeing all the kids in their costumes each year & hand out candy 🍬 it’s truly one of their favorite nights! 👻 They talk about it for months afterward and look forward to it all year long. 💬

🌷 In Loving Memory of Mrs. Anna Roberts 🌷

Mrs. Anna joined our Four Seasons family in January of 2018 and quickly became a bright light in our community. She loved participating in all of our activities but everyone knew bingo was her favorite! It was a rare day when she didn’t win at least twice, and her joyful spirit made every game even more special.

Mrs. Anna would have been celebrating her 102nd birthday this coming December. Instead, she’s celebrating in Heaven, and though we miss her dearly, we’re so thankful for the many years we were blessed to share with her here at Four Seasons.

Forever in our hearts, Mrs. Anna. 💜

Today, we are beyond proud to celebrate two very special ladies who mean so much to our Four Seasons family. Our twins, Ashley and Aleshia, have officially completed their CNA class! 🎉

This milestone didn’t come easy. They never missed a minute of work, then went to class when they clocked out which meant long days, early mornings, and late nights but through it all, these two never lost sight of their goal. Their determination and commitment are nothing short of inspiring.

Ashley and Aleshia have always had the biggest hearts, pouring love and compassion into every patient they care for. They treat residents like family, showing kindness, patience, and dedication in everything they do. To see them now take this next step in their careers is truly a blessing.

We are so thankful to have them on our team and so excited to see all they will accomplish as CNAs. Ashley and Aleshia, we are proud of you, we believe in you, and we celebrate this moment with you. 💛
