When they say healing isn’t linear, they mean it. Just because you might not always make forward progress doesn’t mean you aren’t healing. Healing from depression can mean a breakthrough one day, and a new symptom or setback the next. That’s totally normal! And while the process may be frustrating sometimes, it’s always worth it.
