We will be closing at lunch time on Wednesday for the Thanksgiving Holiday. We will re open on Monday December 1st. Dr. Tate will be out of the office starting today at lunch.
Please remember that we will NOT prescribe ANY medications without evaluating your child in clinic; this goes for antibiotics, Zofran, etc. Please do not call to ask for this.
We will be available for urgent medical advice via our after hours Physician phone line before you have to go to urgent care or the ER. If your child is seen at urgent care and you need a referral, please wait until Monday morning to call to request this as the Physician on call will not be able to help with this.
If you are going to need a refill for any medications before Monday, please have these requests called in by Wednesday morning at 10:00am.

Did you know we have a food pantry? If you need some extra food, please stop by and take what you need. We’ve been blessed with generous donations to help make this possible. We have bags hanging on the side to make it easier for you to carry.
Also, we will happily take any donations that you are able to give!
