We will be closing at lunch time on Wednesday for the Thanksgiving Holiday. We will re open on Monday December 1st. Dr. Tate will be out of the office starting today at lunch.
Please remember that we will NOT prescribe ANY medications without evaluating your child in clinic; this goes for antibiotics, Zofran, etc. Please do not call to ask for this.
We will be available for urgent medical advice via our after hours Physician phone line before you have to go to urgent care or the ER. If your child is seen at urgent care and you need a referral, please wait until Monday morning to call to request this as the Physician on call will not be able to help with this.
If you are going to need a refill for any medications before Monday, please have these requests called in by Wednesday morning at 10:00am.

Did you know we have a food pantry? If you need some extra food, please stop by and take what you need. We’ve been blessed with generous donations to help make this possible. We have bags hanging on the side to make it easier for you to carry.
Also, we will happily take any donations that you are able to give!

Updates for next week:
Dr. Savage will be out of the office Tuesday.
Dr. Tate will be out of the office Thursday.
The clinic will be closed on Thursday afternoon to allow time for set up for Trick or Suite at the Embassy hotel.
Friday we will be open and encourage patients to wear their costumes and for anyone who wants to stop by trick or treating even if they’re not being seen!

Happy Monday!
Dr. Tate will be out of the office starting this Wednesday, October 1st and will return to clinic on Thursday October 9th.
If you have any paperwork that will need to be completed during that time, or if you will need any medication refills, please call these into the clinic by tomorrow morning to allow time for completion before she is gone.
As a reminder, please call us instead of your pharmacy for refill requests.

Just a reminder, appointments are available for online scheduling for sick visits (excluding mental health) the afternoon before by accessing the portal.
Mental health appointments require more time and this should be arranged by calling.
