Chatting with a good friend today on todays session we discussed balance.
And how many different ways we seek balance.
When faced with a challenge, you should find balance in how you approach the challenge.
Look within first, what old trauma or programming is internal causing your reaction to be negative. And work to heal within yourself.
Second look at what you can control in the external. Set healthy boundaries and hold to them.
It fills my cup to help hold people in hard times and see them begin to see the light again.
