Offering Third-Party Reproduction Consultations I offer real, down-to-earth therapy for people navigating life’s harder seasons. I specialize in perinatal mental health, including postpartum depression, anxiety, and birth trauma. I support individuals and couples experiencing infertility, pregnancy loss, and reproductive challenges, and I offer third-party reproduction consultations for those using donor s***m, eggs, embryos, or working with a surrogate. I’m also trained in EMDR therapy to help process trauma and experiences that feel stuck or unresolved. My approach is relational and client-centered, grounded in evidence-based care. No pressure, no jargon, just honest conversation and support that meets you where you are. My clinical background includes work in inpatient psychiatry, labor and delivery, the NICU, and outpatient therapy. I’ve supported individuals, couples, and groups through some of life’s most vulnerable moments with compassion and care. This work is personal to me. I’ve walked through infertility, pregnancy loss, premature birth, and a long NICU stay after PPROM. I carry that lived experience into my work with clinical grounding and genuine empathy for what it’s like to sit on the other side of the room.
