As our Case Manager, Perla guides each person through their care plan with clarity and compassion, making sure they understand every step along the way. Perla connects easily with everyone who walks through our doors and goes above and beyond to make sure every patient feels cared for and understood.🥰
Outside of work, she’s either deep into a crime documentary or plotting her next Monopoly GO! takeover.🫆💵
