Picture this- you’re leaving class and your body feels light and energized. You are carried by an innate momentum towards newly clarified vision and your mind is full of inspirational thoughts.

This isn’t a typical yoga class. It’s a powerful curation of energy moving methods woven with inspirational mindset shifts.

You’ll receive a short journaling exercise for class and take-home realizations. The energy shift you experience will be both in releasing old narratives and gaining new momentum, together moving you up and out of where you feel stuck.

When we connect to our inner authority and develop self-mastery, it’s all about direction. You have the energy, you have the ability and talents- they’re just lost without a clear end destination and diminishing narratives carried.

It’s time to drop the stories and energies keeping you still. Take your foot off the brake and hit the gas. Life is too short for doubtful pursuits; it’s time for full-throttle ambition.
