💖 What a sacred, soul-stirring evening we shared yesterday.🙏
Our Healing Ancestral Trauma Workshop + Conscious Breathwork Circle was pure medicine for the heart. Lying in a radiant mandala of autumn leaves, roses, and wild herbs, we breathed, released, and remembered.
Tears flowed. Laughter echoed. Ancestors whispered. Bonds deepened.
To every brave soul who showed up, opened wide, and trusted the circle—thank you. You are the healing. 🌹
Grateful beyond words for this community of light-holders. Let’s keep tending the roots so the flowers can bloom.
