Here are .das108 and in Varanasi, India in front of a beautiful Kali temple.

They’ll be back to the studio the last week of February and are excited to offer a new 8-week workshop on Bhakti Yoga—the yoga of devotion—beginning March 6.

Join us to delve into the practices of Bhakti yoga-we will be studying ancient teachings, chanting, meditating, and discussing as a group how to integrate these practices into daily lifestyle.

Bhakti has transformed the lives of Sharada Devi and Kanhaiya Das ( as well as millions around the world) and they look forward sharing their learned experiences with you.

In Yogic philosophy there are four paths to Yoga (Union with God).

•Karma yoga (Path of Action): Focuses on selfless service and acting without attachment to results.

•Jnana Yoga (Path of Knowledge): Involves intellectual study, contemplation, and introspection to understand the true nature of reality.

• Raja Yoga (Path of Meditation/Control): known as the "royal path," it focuses on disciplining the mind and controlling inner energy through meditation.

•Bhakti Yoga (Path of Devotion): Centers on unconditional love, worship, and surrender to the Divine. This path utilizes prayer, chanting, and ritual to cultivate emotional connection and compassion.

Bhakti Yoga is the foundation of all the paths of yoga because every path to the divine must involve compassion and unconditional love or else the practice turns cold, stale and empty.

Come join us for our 8 week Bhakti Yoga workshop starting March 6th where we will be reading Narada's Bhakti Sutras, Swami Vivekananda's Bhakti Yoga book, as well as chapter 12 of the Bhagavad Gita. Through the course we will be discussing how to cultivate a relationship to Divinity and compassion into our everyday life that moves us forward in our spiritual practice.
