I was at a restaurant waiting for my to go order. Someone came in and was asking for a shaded table. I commented itâs all shaded, as it was complete cloud covered. She responded thereâs still UV that comes through. Now I understand some people canât be in the sun because of medical issues but I shake my head sometimes
The sun doesnât cause disease.

But youâve been told the opposite your entire life.
From childhood, we were taught to fear the sun.
âCover up.â
âSunscreen every day.â
âToo much sun causes cancer.â
But guess what?
Weâve been avoiding the sun like itâs poisonâ
