Spring always feels like the perfect time to reset and build a few simple habits that help us grow.
One habit that has truly changed my life is reading just 10 pages a day. It might sound small, but personal development books have a way of shifting your mindset, grounding you, and helping you see things from a new perspective. I’ve been doing this for about 7 years now, and every time life feels overwhelming or I start to lose focus, reading helps reel me back in.
Growth doesn’t have to be complicated. Sometimes it’s just 10 pages a day and a community of people growing alongside you.
That’s exactly why we started the Solace Book Club.
