🧠Therapy Isn't Just Talking — It's Healing Work❤️
This week so far (15 sessions), I used over 10 therapeutic modalities and 30+ clinical interventions to support my clients through trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions.
✨ Some of the tools in the therapy toolbox this week:
* Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) – challenging distorted thoughts and building new patterns
* EMDR – helping clients process trauma in a safe and structured way
* Person-Centered Therapy – offering unconditional support and empathy
* Trauma-Focused CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and even Faith-Based Counseling

* Cognitive restructuring

* EMDR prep and orientation
* Trauma narrative processing
* Strengths-based reframing
* Psychoeducation on boundaries, self-care, and trauma responses
