Position Overview:
We’re seeking a skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team during this exciting transition. You’ll provide high-quality massages and contribute to our holistic services, with opportunities for cross-training in emerging therapies like sound baths or breathwork. This role offers flexibility as we grow, with potential for involvement in our 2026-2027 wellness seminar series on topics like stress management, sleep optimization, and natural healing.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver customized massage therapies (Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, etc.) in a serene, client-centered environment.
• Collaborate with our team of therapists, estheticians, and wellness pros to create integrated treatment plans.
• Support the smooth transition to Coolfont, including client education on our new features.
• Uphold high standards of hygiene, professionalism, and positive energy.

Requirements:
• Valid West Virginia Massage Therapy License (LMT).
• At least 1-2 years of professional experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for holistic wellness.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends/evenings as needed.
• Enthusiasm for our move and expansion to help us make Coolfont the go-to wellness spot!

• Competitive hourly rate ($40-60/ hour based on experience) plus tips.

The Omps family rescuing it from the brink in 2016, breathing life back in, had us striding tall… then January’s blaze hit like a thief in the night, swallowing the Treetop whole. Ashes. Silence. A town holding its breath.

But there’s a heart-twist brewing, Berkeley Springs: We don’t break here. We re-ignite. WE are the fire now and we excitedly announce that Kneaded Therapy is merging our raw healing and beautifying with Coolfont’s eternal pulse.

Out of the wreckage? Coolfont’s main lodge rebuild roars into completion by January 2026. Their spa renovations ignite next unleashing your Kneaded Therapy lifelines into a space that breathes history.

Im happy to share that we are all boarded and cleaned up! Im so grateful for a tradesman husband. Our inside damage could have been so much worse. Protective wings covered the spa. We are replacing the manicure chairs and will make do until the new ones arrive on Thursday. I don’t think we will need to skip a beat with our schedules this week! In Jesus name ❤️
