Full disclosure: these kinds of ‘awards’ are partly a marketing thing (companies send them out to the top leaders and then offer plaques for sale), but the ranking itself is real, it’s calculated directly from the honest feedback our clients have left on Google.

So even if the fancy certificate is a bit of a sales tactic, we’re truly humbled and grateful that YOU, our amazing clients, have taken the time to share such kind words about your experiences with us. That is the part that means something truly special to us. ❤️

Im happy to share that we are all boarded and cleaned up! Im so grateful for a tradesman husband. Our inside damage could have been so much worse. Protective wings covered the spa. We are replacing the manicure chairs and will make do until the new ones arrive on Thursday. I don’t think we will need to skip a beat with our schedules this week! In Jesus name ❤️

Kneaded Therapy sustained some damage in the sudden storm last night. The winds brought a neighbors sign right through our front window. I’ll be at the Spa looking for glass shards like a kid on an Easter egg hunt today 🤣.

I’m humbled and a grateful to all those who have called to help and those who came in last night to cover the windows to get us through until morning.

If you are scheduled with us this week you will be hearing from as we determine what we can and can not do as we clean up and get things back in order. Our building owner responded promptly last night and has already started taking actions for window replacement. We should be back up and running in no time.

I know everyone is bursting to get in for their nails, massage and self care and we will be working to get everyone in as quickly as possible but just a reminder …..we are only open during business hours and that includes you Mother Nature! 🤣
