BIG ANNOUNCEMENT! HUGE!

After experiencing and reflecting upon the many changes in 2020 and so far this year in 2021, my new business name is “FLOW PHASE Acupuncture and Grief Support.”

With any change, there is a necessary letting go of what used to be. Grief is a healthy response to loss … unless it gets stuck. Anger may be a constructive feeling in response to loss … unless it gets stuck. Hence, the Grief Support is to help meet the new emotional needs of these modern times with non-judgmental healing support.

As in the past, I will continue to support my client’s emotional life through all Five Phases and grief will be a specialized aspect of my work. To broaden these aspects, I have also trained as a “Death Doula” with certification as an End of Life Acupuncturist. I will be privileged to assist the soul that is crossing over as well as serve his/her beloveds who witness and remain behind.

For over twenty years, I have used FIVE PHASE ACUPUNCTURE (or FIVE ELEMENT ACUPUNCTURE, though PHASE is a more accurate translation from Ancient Chinese) to holistically support balance and FLOW in each individual resulting in less obstruction and pain. Hence, the FLOW PHASE aspect carries the spirit of what I have always held dear about my tradition of acupuncture and always counted on in empowering the self-healing in my clients.

As long as there is FLOW, there is a chance to rebalance and as long as there is balance, FLOW happens naturally. And so we keep moving and growing, alone and together, apart and as a collective.

Beginning in September, I am honored to offer treatments at the beautiful Berkeley Springs Salt Cave.

As soon as I stepped outside, a Cooper's Hawk swooped across my vision and landed in a nearby tree. I watched it as it hopped to a higher branch with only the effort of a slight outstretched wing. Garnet asked me to move my rocks from the back wall (of course, I have a pile of rocks outside. Doesn't everyone?) and she would weedwhack later. So I did. And I found this beauty. I thought it was "a leetle friend" but as I watched it slither away to settle beneath another rock, it measured around 10-12 inches. So ... in accordance with my entire morning, things are not "leetle" anymore.
From the FB pages that I follow, I've been gathering that we're living in auspicious times as we witness a crumbling of well-established systems and attitudes. From a galactic perspective, the earth is in a magnetic phase that lessens the layer of protection around her and leaves us vulnerable to solar activity causing power outages and technology failures, earthquakes and tsunamis. From an emotional perspective, our deepest wounds are being cleared with powerful divine love and light as we receive more energy than ever before in order to discover "what lies beneath." We are all here at this time to heal the earth and all her inhabitants. YES! YOU are included in this grand time and agreed to do your part! Maybe this month, we will remember that we are here to love each other. THE END.
I'm going to leave the snake rock where it is. I know how to slither. And I know why it hides, a scared little skinny creature attempting to stay safe. But I will follow the hawk and lift my wings ever so slightly just enough to allow support from the divine to make my ascension a little easier. And from THERE, I will view the world! LOVE!

GREAT WAVES OF MOTHERING
Mothering and life are not constants -- we do not maintain an unwavering state of archetypal holiness in our human ability to nourish and nurture those we have accepted responsibility to care for. Without judgment or blame, I will practice what I have been led to share with you on this sacred day of traditional celebration.
Using your archetypal understanding, your ideal understanding of what a mother "is," I invite you to act in a way that your mother was not, embody the reality so that it becomes real and familiar in your being. Behave in a way that your mother did not but was and is important for you to meet your needs. Because I suspect that if your mother did not have it, she did not have the ability to teach it to you. Now is the time to let love heal the matriarchal lines of karma.
Ride the waves of mothering inconsistency but keep your earth anchors of divine heritage in your heart. BE what she COULD NOT BE nor teach you HOW TO BE that which you may still long to be.
I will practice and give thanks for all the wonderful things my mother taught me. I will gift myself with the few things I still need to learn. AND THAT, is the best mothering day gift I could ever give! LOVE from the Great Mother!😘🥰😘🥰😘🥰😘🥰😘🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

THE WINTER SOLSTICE is traditionally celebrated as the longest night of the year. But in a year like 2020, there seems to have been many long, dark times of uncertainty. In the Chinese Five Elements, we honor the energy of Water and Winter at this time. The corresponding emotion is FEAR and the gifts to balance the FEAR are FAITH, WISDOM, and PERSEVERANCE.

FEAR is a result of humans operating in the unknown, the unseen, the hidden potential before manifestation. Winter is the time of the seed and gestation. It is a time for stillness and quiet as Nature prepares for its grand show of a colorful Spring. But in the face of the uncertainty because nothing can be seen to be understood, humans become fearful. “What is going to happen?”

FAITH does not occur alongside understanding. FAITH is the WISDOM of a deep knowing of optimism, no matter what even when appearances are not understood. FAITH is only known when tested in the dark. Its light only becomes apparent when all seems lost and hopeless. Remember that it is the time of the tiny seed, the time of deep internal adjustments. It is the time for deep nourishment and nurturing to ensure a healthy manifestation of what is to appear and grow in the future.

Due to the limited resources, Winter brings questions of survival. There is never a guarantee that life will go on in such a dire time when the material world is in its natural cycle of decline. Our strength of spirit to light our physical existence and guide our way without the visible signs of certainty gives us the courage to PERSEVERE through the unknown.

Should you not be feeling that strength of spirit, that’s when FAITH plays its major role. To know that you are loved and protected by great unseen forces and to feel that you are supported through the darkness by a force only summoned in desperation keeps us in flow and not frozen in fear.

WATER RESISTS NOTHING AND OVERCOMES EVERYTHING! Its perseverance, though not the fastest, is the most consistent force on this blessed earth. To stay in the flow of your deep transformation, it is critical to conserve your energy with REST and LISTEN to the soft voice of INTUITION.

The external world is full of uncertainty but you have the gifts to carry on and confidently fulfill the unique destiny that is yours! May you know peace and joy through the holiday season and into the New Year! LOVE!

DELORES CANNON and QHHT Training (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique)
Or HOW I SPENT MY SUMMER VACATION

When the virus hit the fan in March, I coincidentally started posting memes from DELORES CANNON. Then one day I noticed, “Hey, I’m posting a lot of memes from this DELORES CANNON person. Wonder what that’s about?”

In researching, I discovered that she had founded a hypnosis technique that provided healings through past life regressions. (There’s a lot of ideas about “past life regressions” and I have a very broad view of what that means considering that Einstein taught us that past, present, and future are only relative terms and all co-existing right now! But there will be time for further explanation about “past lives” and what that means to me and maybe, you too.)

The learning from “past life” remembrance is pretty cool as it can reflect ideas and challenges that we are experiencing in this current life. BUT THAT’S NOT THE GOAL OR END OF THIS WORK!

While still in trance, the client’s HIGH SELF is then asked and allowed to reflect on why that certain life was presented with relevance to this life. That higher energy is then asked to activate healing in the client from that field of high love and light.

Through what I believe is no less than universal miraculous opportunity, I have completed this Level One training and plan to start offering sessions in January.

Sessions must be done in person and a session lasts about 4-5 hours with half the time spent in life interview and the other half of the time spent in trance and healing.

I am ecstatic and looking very forward to discovering how all these pieces will fit together for our next “step in the dance.” As you can probably guess, there will be more to come … WITH LOTS OF LOVE!
