During EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), the light bar helps guide bilateral stimulation — gentle back-and-forth movement that activates both sides of the brain.

How often do you catch yourself thinking that?

The truth is — there’s no “should” when it comes to feelings. Emotions aren’t right or wrong; they’re messengers. They tell us something about our needs, our boundaries, or our past experiences.

Instead of judging your feelings, try asking: “What is this emotion trying to tell me?”

Starting Tuesday, November 4th (sorry image says Tuesday, November 5th..human error!), Mythical Pizza will be offering our MEGA MUNCH Meal Deal every Tuesday to families affected by the current SNAP benefit pauses. Each meal includes 2 slices and a fountain drink, free of charge for those in need.

Bring your SNAP card and matching ID. Up to six meals per family. Walk-in only.

We’re proud to call Berkeley Springs home, and we believe that being local means taking care of each other. A quick walk outside, a break from your desk, just walk the halls in your office, walk around your kitchen island, build a wall into your daily routine.
