200 hour Yoga Teacher Training

Time: Fridays 5:30-9pm, Saturdays 10:15-11:45am & 1-6pm, Sundays 12-5:30pm

A year long program that gives students a strong foundation in the practice of yoga asana, pranayama & meditation, while placing an emphasis on mindfulness as taught through the vipassana tradition. This program is designed to develop the inner authority and competence needed to allow you to become an inspiring yoga instructor. Participants will student teach community classes at 7th Heaven.Upon completion, all students will be eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as certified yoga instructors. Whether you are simply looking to deepen your practice or begin teaching, you will be in expert hands as Ashley Sharp & Katie Lewis lead the training together.

108 hour Anusara Yoga Immersion: A Unique Yoga Adventure
with Kimber Simpkins
Dates: January thru October 2012
Jan 27-29, Feb 25-26, March 17-18, April 20-22, May 5-6, June 9-10, July 14-15, Aug 24-26, Sept 8-9, Oct 13-14
Time: Fridays 6-8:30pm, Saturdays 2-7pm, Sundays 12-5pm
Prerequisite: At least 12 Anusara Classes and 12 public classes. (no application needed)
Cost: $1295 before October 31/ $1495 after

What is an immersion? A chance to discover how to let your yoga practice resonate deeply in your body and heart, rippling out into your life in all directions. A chance to delve into the knowledge and wisdom of yoga and make a lasting impact on your life. Committed students will join Kimber to receive in depth asana instruction, explore the Anusara principles of alignment, study yogic texts, dive into meditation and chanting, and connect profoundly with their own hearts, as well as with each other. Anusura Students will recieve 108 hours of workshops credit towards certifications in Anusura.
