Dr. Teresa Lau, DC, is a licensed chiropractor practicing Network Spinal Analysis, a postgraduate certification in wellness care. She’s a gifted practitioner with a loving touch in this cutting edge holistic healing modality that focuses on our body’s innate intelligence to know itself, heal itself, connect & release tension, and walk in the world of possibilities. Dr. Teresa specializes in using gentle, specific touches along your spine to help you connect with the parts of you that are at ease, and to reset your nervous system to better handle stress. Rather than “cracking” or pushing against the parts of you that are in defense/protective/stuck, we work with the parts of you that are anchors for ease and peace and abundance. A typical session involves the entrainment of your body with its inner rhythms, which cues your brain and nervous system to take you out of the fight-or-flight stress state, and into the healing rest and growth state. Your body learns strategies to release tension on its own, and to transform stress stored in your spine into fuel for your growth and evolution.
