🌿 Introducing Mindfulness for Mamas 🌿
As professionals and compassionate individuals, we all know mothers who are navigating the joys and challenges of motherhood — identity shifts, stress, anxiety, postpartum emotions, and more.
✨ That’s why I have created Mindfulness for Mamas, a supportive group for mothers looking to connect, recharge, and care for their emotional well-being.
Led by me — a mom and psychologist with 15+ years of experience in Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) — this 6-week online group offers education, connection, and tools for growth. Please note: this is not therapy.
In our time together, moms will:

❤️ Build self-compassion and emotional resilience
⚖️ Explore balance, boundaries & identity
🤝 Connect with others who get it
