Camila is a second-year community college student at Berkeley City College, double majoring in psychology and philosophy, with plans to transfer soon. She grew up in the beautiful Bay Area and, when not studying, enjoys hiking and exploring the area, baking, drawing, and reading. She is interested in pursuing a future in healthcare and enjoys working with and supporting others. She’s passionate about supporting others and is excited to welcome you at our front desk!

Wrapped up an incredible weekend in San Francisco leveling up with ART ✨ Active Release Technique is a hands-on, movement-based system that targets dysfunctional soft tissue, adhesions, and nerve entrapments by combining precise tension with patient motion. It helps restore proper biomechanics, improve mobility, and calm irritated nerves.

Now I’m even more equipped to tackle things like rotator cuff dysfunction, lateral and medial epicondylitis (tennis/golfer’s elbow), carpal tunnel-type symptoms, thoracic outlet patterns, biceps tendinopathy, shoulder impingement, forearm/wrist overuse, hip flexor tension, sciatic symptoms, headaches from the neck, and all those stubborn repetitive strain issues.
