t-paced life as a business executive. As the stress of this life began to affect my health, I turned to yoga and began to heal. The results were undeniable and I have been on a dedicated path of self healing and discovery ever since. In addition to yoga, I have studied deep esoteric Kabbalah, including the sacred Tree of Life and dream work, in Los Piramidas Del Ka, a mystery school in Guatemala. I am certified in both Hatha Yoga and Kundalini Yoga and am a registered KRI (Kundalini Research Institute) instructor. I took my Level 1 and 2 trainings with Gurmukh and Gurushabd in India. I also assist Jai Dev Singh’s immersion courses in California, where I live. I am passionate about creating sacred space where humans can elevate and reconnect with their hearts and destinies. I am grateful to create special connections with my students as I serve as a guide on their spiritual journey. My goal is to reach as many humans as possible in this life time. And I would be honored to serve as a guide for you during this global initiation.

There was a time I searched for love outside of me…

In people.
In relationships.
In moments I hoped would finally fill the space inside my heart.

And each time… life handed me a mirror.
Not always a gentle one.

I met men who couldn’t fully see me—
couldn’t meet my depth, my light, my devotion.
And for a while, I thought it was them.

Until I realized…
it was showing me me.

The parts of me that weren’t fully choosing myself.
The ways I softened my truth…
dimmed my light…
negotiated my worth just to be loved.

That realization didn’t arrive softly.
It came through heartbreak.
Through loneliness.
Through moments where I questioned everything—
my body, my value, my voice.

But something in me refused to stay there.

So I went deeper.

I met my patterns.
I faced my beliefs.
I sat in the uncomfortable silence within myself…
and I began to rewrite my story.

Slowly.
With devotion.
With courage.

With lots of practice.
With taking full responsibility for my life.
With a very clear intention of the woman I chose to become.

Until one day… I made a decision:

I am no longer available
for anything that does not honor me.

Not in love.
Not in friendships.
Not in life.

I choose myself.
My body.
My light.
My worth.

Again and again and again.

And this…
this is my deepest journey as a woman:

To make peace with everything I already am.

Costa Rica, you held us in your arms 🌿✨

Our Prana Retreat 2026 at Holos was nothing short of magic… a portal of deep healing, remembrance, and transformation.

In this powerful vortex, we softened… we released… we rose.
Layers melted away as we reconnected to our breath, our truth, and the infinite intelligence moving through us.

There were tears, laughter, breakthroughs, and moments of pure stillness where time disappeared and only presence remained.

I felt Source guiding every step… every circle, every practice, every connection. Everything was in divine order.

So grateful for each soul who said yes to this journey. You are the medicine. You are the light.

Somewhere between dreams and devotion, life brought me here… Costa Rica for the next two weeks 🌴✨

I remember when this was just a vision in my heart a feeling, a whisper, a knowing that I was meant to live close to nature, to wake up to the sounds of the jungle, to guide others in a place where the earth itself feels alive.

Today I’m not just manifesting I’m harvesting.
Harvesting the prayers, the courage, the risks, the tears, the faith, and the endless inner work that brought me to this moment.

This journey hasn’t been perfect or easy, but it has been sacred. Every step, every challenge, every leap of faith shaped the life I now get to live and share with my daughter, my students, and my community.

I am deeply grateful for this land, for the people who walk beside me, and for the divine timing that unfolded in ways I couldn’t have planned but always trusted.

If you’re holding a dream in your heart keep going. Stay devoted. The life you are calling in is already making its way toward you.

It wasn’t always the case.

It took a lot of inner work to shed the programming and limiting beliefs that once shaped how I saw myself.

It was beyond incredible to participate and teach this year kundalini womb activation ❤️Truly a dream come true.

This whole week felt like it was designed by higher forces all I had to do was ride the waves🌟
Every moment was precise:
the fun ones,
the challenging ones…
all of it was a gift.

On March 24th , I’ll be back here again to lead my retreat ready to serve, to rise, and to go even deeper.

I’ve been teaching Kundalini Activation for 12 years, and honestly…
One of my favorite ways to rise is in the jungle. 🌺🌴

Thank you for the magic, the prayers, the music, and the mirrors.
This is only the beginning. ✨
