🇮🇳✨ A Colorful “Trip” to India! ✨🇮🇳
Today, our memory care community took a vibrant journey across the world as we “traveled” to India—no passport required! Residents immersed themselves in the rich colors, flavors, and traditions of Indian culture.
We enjoyed delicious Indian dishes, fragrant teas, lively music, and beautiful customs that sparked conversation, curiosity, and plenty of smiles. From the rhythmic beats to the warm spices, every moment brought something new to experience and enjoy.
These cultural celebrations are more than just activities—they’re opportunities for connection, stimulation, and joy. And today’s adventure was truly unforgettable. 🌼✨

🍂🥧 Thanksgiving Pie & Wine Gathering 🥧🍷
Our community came together for one of our favorite traditions — a cozy Thanksgiving Pie & Wine event shared with our residents and their families.
The room was filled with laughter, fall flavors, and the sweetest moments as loved ones received homemade pies, wine, good conversation (and food!), and time together before the holiday. 🍁
Events like this remind us how special it is to
create spaces where families can slow down, connect, and celebrate the season. We are grateful for every resident, every family member, and every memory made together. ♥️

At Silverado Berkeley Memory Care Community, everything we do starts with one shared purpose-providing the very best care for our residents. Yesterday's staff meeting was more than just an update; it was a celebration of teamwork, dedication, and heart.

We took the time to recognize the incredible people who make our community feel like home. From caregivers and nurses, to dining, engagement, admin, and housekeeping staff, we reflected on what unites us. Our commitment, loyalty, and dedication to the residents and families is what bonds us and helps us make each day meaningful.

When we work together, we grow together, and our residents feel that care in every smile, every kind word, and every act of service.

WILD VISITORS AT Silverado Berkeley Memory Care Community 🐊🐁🐍

Today was un-fur-gettable! Or residents enjoyed a special animal encounter featuring some truly special guests- soft and cuddly chinchillas, a curious monitor lizard, and even a gentle baby python.

Alex, the owner of Old School Exotics, shared his knowledge, passion, and love of animals with us. They look of joy on everyone's faces were priceless as they got to touch, hold, and learn about each species.

Today, our residents came together with purpose and gratitude-assembling goodie bags to show appreciation for the brave men and women who served our country.

Each bag was filled with care and heartfelt thanks. For many of our seniors, this project was more than a craft-it was a way to give back, connect, and remember those who've given so much for our freedom.

We are so proud of our community's spirit of kindness and service.
