Our corps of teachers—including eleven certified Iyengar Yoga teachers—offer a practice that is genuine, nourishing and effective. At Adeline Yoga, teachers have a deep and thoughtful understanding of yoga and a strong personal practice. Our teachers are knowledgeable about alignment and yoga therapeutics, use of props and yoga philosophy. We accommodate special needs and address health limitations in all of our classes. Adeline Yoga offers an inclusive, body positive space for everyone to practice Iyengar Yoga and build strong relationships. We welcome all body types, abilities, identities and ages. All classes help you build strength, flexibility, coordination and stamina. Our teachers are trained to help rehabilitate injuries and address health limitations if you need it.
