If you’ve been following along on Jo’s journey through The Ritual of Sacred Rest, you may notice she’s not where she was in the last video.

It might look like it if you’re not aware of how these rituals work - but here’s what I see.

1. She is no longer in collapse. This was a theme of the last video - and while collapse is a place you *must* travel through, it’s also not forever!! When you let yourself stay in the rituals, you learn HOW to stay in the rituals and that means you get to move *through* the rituals. And *****this**** is where collapse no longer scares or controls you!!

2. The question of “what do I want” can only truly be answered when we are safe enough and have the capacity to hear ourselves. This is what you learn and build in my programs. This is why it’s coming up now. Annnnndddd what comes after Sacred Rest is a program called Wave Decoder Ring (included in RITUALS) which teaches you how to move through the emotional wave to know your YES and NO and when it’s true and when it’s just noise. This is a huge tool for awareness and teaching you all about real clarity.

3. Desire is beginning to wake up. No further explanation bc that says it all!!!!!!

4. Listening is beginning - actually hearing yourself, your thoughts, your wants, your needs. This is why Sacred Rest - this is why we start by stopping. Bc this is what you’ve been missing - your own voice, your own truth.

5. Life is changing. My programs catalyze meaning they get things changing in ways where you move forward without the mountains being so tall or the distance being so far. Directions start to seem clearer, movement starts to happen. It is not a surprise that she’s moving through so much AND handling it!! There is healing/transformation that is woven into the lessons and the entire experience so you’re being held and receiving powerful activations and transmissions throughout it all.

So Jo is rocking this and I’m so excited to hear what happens next in her journey!!

So here’s the thing about RITUALS - and it includes the first program : The Ritual of Sacred Rest

In this program, rituals are the sacred acts we must do, time and time again, in the process of growth, development, awakening, and our own personal evolution.

They are doorway, thresholds, stages of our becoming that signify where we are, that locate us in time and space, and that bring sacred to the deepest darkest parts within that are ready to be seen. 🥹🥰

So the Ritual of Sacred Rest has 5 rituals within it that must be learned IN ORDER to be in and practice the full ritual.

Jo talks about three of them here -

The Ritual of Permission: you must say yes to your journey, again and again - yes I’m doing this.

The Ritual of Collapse - you must learn that it’s safe to fall apart so that the FEAR of it stops controlling you.

The Ritual of Nothingness - you must be able to find okayness when everything around you feels like it’s falling away.

Without these, every stopping feels like failure.
Every rest feels like breaking.
Every quiet moment feels like screaming.

There’s SO much more to it - and it’s all explained in my 3 month program RITUALS - including how to know where you are, how to identify the stages of the in-between, and how to not let anything else define who and what you are.

Yesssss!!! Ok this is the thing about my work- there are SO many layers happening beneath the surface, under the words, woven into the background (and I literally may one day teach a course on how to do this bc y’all it did not come easy!!) so it’s not just words, even tho those can be healing all on their own!

It’s transmissions. Activations. Nervous system recalibration. Frequency and vibration and coherence and resonance.

Actual healing that you FEEL and that walks you into places you could not get to the same way on your own!!

And seriously the feedback is huge. Bc we know this stuff happens, we can feel the changes, but having something science-y somehow makes it all feel more real sometimes!

You know there’s more-

You can feel it. Sense it.

You know you didn’t come here for things to be easy, that you have greater purpose-

But then why does it always feel a thousand miles away and like everyone else gets to move forward but you?

I’ve been there. Some days I’m still there - but not in the same way.

Because when you walk into the places inside that hurt so badly- the ones that have been keeping you where you are- you get to change the story that says you can’t.

You get to see that there really is more to you-
There really was a purpose-
There really is a reason-

And you get to start living from a place that says-

*F**k you trauma, and pain, and other people’s bu****it.

You are the only one who can face things that have been keeping you stuck - locked - feeling broken and broke down.

You get the decide if who you were yesterday, and who you are today, is who you will always be.

You get to choose your path forward, and take responsibility for walking that path.

I will not tell you it’s easy, it’s not.

But living the way you’ve been living isn’t either.
