Happy Thanksgiving. 🍁✨🦃

Holding gratitude for the land beneath us and the Indigenous communities who have long tended it.

I feel so immensely grateful today.

For my children’s health.
For a home that holds us.

For nourishing food, a family to lean on and nurture, and the women I get to walk beside in this work.

For the places where I get to share and express — like right here.

For my dreams, my hope, and the wild mystery of what’s unfolding.

For the flowers and the soil of this Earth that keep nurturing all of us.

For the way we are collectively evolving into something more love-led, even as old systems fall away.

This season reminds me:
It is a time for hope, love, joy, and magic.

And… honestly?

When my body isn’t feeling those things — when it’s tired, depleted, stretched thin — I know it’s time to bring some of that nourishment back toward myself.

If I’m really honest, it’s usually past time.

It’s a time to Replenish.

If you’re feeling a little less than shiny this holiday… if you’re craving steadiness, softness, connection, or just a moment to breathe and remember yourself — then Replenish is for you.

Five days of tending, softening, unwinding, and being guided back into your inner warmth so you can enter winter feeling connected, soothed, and naturally recharged.

These practices will plant the seeds for winter magic.
I can’t wait to share them with you.

Join me in Replenish.
$55 sale ends Dec 2nd.

Happy Thanksgiving.
I’m grateful for you. 🤍🍂

Lately, the numbers around mothers’ mental health been weighing on me — 1 in 5 moms experiences anxiety or depression in the postpartum years, and most of us say we feel burned out or overwhelmed on a regular basis.

I get it. Still being freshly postpartum after my second baby, it’s the exhaustion, the endless demands for your time and the pressure to get back to “normal” life.

We think we can’t take time for ourselves. But the truth is, we need to.

Not just to survive — but to remember who we are inside this heart-expansive yet relentless season of caregiving.

Over the last three years, I’ve been hosting retreats for mothers — something that began after becoming a mom myself. Every time I lead one, I’m amazed at how deeply my own cup is filled.

I come home more grounded, calm, and truly thrilled to be with my kids again — my nervous system reset, my joy restored.

I’ll never forget the first time I came back from hosting a retreat, I was so relaxed and centered from the time together — my 2 year old, who was not a great napper, climbed right into my lap, curled up and took a nap. He was soothed by my true calm.

The truth is, motherhood moves in seasons — from the tender beginning, to the messy middle, to the constant unfolding of who we’re becoming right alongside our children. Each season carries its rewards and grief.

But I believe the greatest gift we can give our children is our own vitality.

I’ve had mamas share with me after our retreats together that the experience was life changing and even years later it’s a memory they can still resource from to remember their strength and find their way back to themselves.

If your cup feels empty, this is your reminder: you deserve to be filled too.

✨ Join us for The Seasons of Motherhood Retreat — an invitation to pause, reconnect, and be nourished — body, mind, and spirit.

Alongside
You’ll be guided through restorative practices, acupuncture, energy work, and soulful reflection — all within a circle of mothers who get it.

It happens this coming weekend, November 16th in Berkeley. We’d love to have you.

There’s a rhythm I’ve noticed over the years —
a rhythm to rebirth and transformation.

It’s something I’ve learned through the wisdom of nature’s cycles: the seasons, menstruation, and the way life continually teaches us how to die and begin again. 🍂

Every time we expand into more love, peace, joy, or creativity…
something in us has to die first —
an old way of griping, a subtle defense,
a version of us that once kept us safe but can’t come along anymore.

This week, I saw it so clearly with clients and within myself —
the nervous system learning how to stay open, how to feel safe in expansion, how to trust what’s new.

Because even when what’s arriving is more joy or love, the body can interpret it as danger.

To truly receive what’s next, we have to stay in the expansion.

✨Soft enough to feel.
✨Safe enough to receive.
✨Flexible enough to rewire.
✨Trusting enough to let life move through us again and again.

There’s so much strength in softness.

It’s what allows rebirth to become peace instead of collapse. Joy instead of chaos.

This is the medicine I’ve been living. 💫

I’m excited to share some upcoming events that support this nervous system recalibration that I truly believe is the medicine of our time. 💎💕

Before fall officially begins, we pass through the Earth elements’s transitional season — Late Summer.

This week’s Aries Full moon really had me checking back to make sure I had covered these steps, if you are checking what really nourishes you too, here’s some ways to drop in.

In East Asian Medicine, this time belongs to the Spleen and Stomach, our organs of nourishment, digestion, and grounded presence.

It’s the pause between seasons — a chance to re-center, simplify, and reconnect with what truly feeds us.

✨ What’s nourishing you right now?
✨ What feels heavy or hard to digest?
✨ What would it feel like to come back to your center before the next change?

When we tend to our inner Earth, transitions become smoother — in body and in life.

✨ Join me for Crossing the Threshold, a workshop on fall herbs, acupoints, and a ritual for letting go — to help you move into autumn with clarity, softness, and steadiness.

Link in bio to register or shoot me a message with “threshold.”

To me, it feels like we’re all standing in a huge threshold moment right now. ✨

The old ways are crumbling, chaos is loud, and fear can pull us into patterns that keep us from where we truly long to be.

I believe the Earth is moving through this too. 🌍

And some of us are here to help guide others through this in-between—the doorway between the old and the new. I see myself as one of those people. Maybe you are too?

Thresholds show up personally: through pain, restlessness, or the deep knowing that something has to shift. It’s not always easy. Our minds, fears, and the world around us can hold us back.

And yet—what you’re longing for is also longing for you. 💫

That’s what Threshold is about: meeting yourself in the in-between, and finding the clarity, courage, and trust to move forward.

🌿 I’m offering free Threshold Mapping Calls to explore what threshold you’re in right now, and what’s calling you forward—for yourself, your family, and the world.

With love,
❤️ Jessica

I thought I was supposed to feel grateful.

But 10 months postpartum, my body told a different truth.

Grief in my chest.
Exhaustion in my bones.
The rawness of mothering no one talks about.

And when I let it move through me, I touched the beauty underneath.
The power of the messy middle.
The threshold.

That’s why I created Threshold — for women in transition, holding grief and possibility in the same breath.

For the women being undone and remade.

✨ Doors are open.

DM me “threshold” for the link to learn more and setup a free 45-minute Threshold Mapping call.

Cheers to the messy middle.

Mercury goes direct thoughts… 🦁

After years of studying change, rites of passage and embodiment in the clinic and within myself, I’ve come to realize that to truly be reborn into the new, it has to be embodied.

There’s nothing wrong with performing something consciously or unconsciously.

It’s how we try things on, explore edges, and imagine new versions of ourselves.

But when you want to root something into your being—
calm, confidence, abundance, sensuality, justice, your own becoming—
performance will only take you so far.

Eventually, the invitation becomes embodiment.

Not how it looks—but how it lives inside you. How it feels.

This shift isn’t about perfection. It’s about truth.

It’s about feeling safe enough to show up as your real self, not a rehearsed one.

✨ What are you ready to stop performing… and start embodying?

Let me know in the comments.👇

And if you’re ready to walk this path in community, with guidance and grounded wisdom…

🌀 Kinship is opening again for September!

It’s a membership space for embodied becoming and deep remembering.

Embodiment practices, rituals, recipes, group meetings and more for deep remembering and sisterhood to support you all along the way.

Sooo very excited to share 🌝 KINSHIP!

It has been on my heart to offer this sort of space for women to deepen their connection to their own bodies and to do it alongside other women committed to the same desire for mind, body and spirit health.

To find their wholeness and to hear their soul sing through everything they do. To not just survive but to thrive.

After this last Spring Well Nourished Woman wrapped, there was a heart-led pull to continue together, to have an ongoing space for these sorts of conversations.

And so I knew it was time for KINSHIP.

KINSHIP is a monthly membership space for women walking the path of holistic healing—who are curious about the wisdom of the body, the flow of energy, the pull of the moon, and the sacred power of the seasons.

Rooted in the elements of Chinese medicine, KINSHIP honors the way your inner world mirrors the outer one—how each season carries a spirit, an emotion, a rhythm, and a message for your body and soul.

The work is learning how your body vibes with the season.

KINSHIP is for the wild-hearted woman who is ready to come home to herself. To remember that she is nature, and her healing is cyclical, intuitive, and layered and to do it all in sisterhood.

DM me “Kinship” for the link to learn more.

A founders rate is available through the end of the week!

Join me for the 🌞Summer of Beauty 🍉workshop happening this Sunday where we’ll dive deeper into hair, skin and beauty care from an empowered place.

We know there is so much culture in our hair. So much ancestry. So much of our own lived experience and so so much magic.

I was never a hair person to be honest, I wasn’t quite sure what to do with my messy curls.

For a long time I just wore my hair in a bun, until it felt like a taming of my own wildness.

So for the last 10 years, I’ve been on a very slow recovery of loving my hair.

Especially during my these postpartum windows where there’s an opportunity to make a big impact.

Caring for our hair is a way of showing devotion and it also reflects our health.

Can’t wait to dive deeper into hair in the workshop. Join me!

DM for the sign up link. 😘

Guiding the women who step into the Well Nourished Women program has been such a joy in my life. 🩷✨

In a time where the world is on edge and my own attention and energy is spread with small kids, a business & household to run — this group has kept me tethered to my mission.

It reminds me why I do this work to support deep soul-level nourishment.

To help women reconnect with their bodies.
To listen to their inner rhythms.
To remember that their cycle, their energy, their emotions — all have meaning.

This isn’t about being perfect.

It’s about remembering what many of us never learned:
That our bodies are wise.
That we don’t have to do it all alone.
That sisterhood can feel safe, nourishing, and real.

Some women grew up with this kind of wisdom around them.
Many didn’t.
Somewhere deep inside them they always knew their body holds the answers.

Now we’re remembering. Together.

Honoring the traditions of East Asian medicine and rooted in the wise women traditions of my European lineage — we’re weaving something old and beautiful back into modern life.

It supports us as we move through life navigating motherhood, relationships, loss, celebrations and everything in between.

Here’s some of the relaxed nourishment we got into during the retreat that closes out each session.

The Well Nourished Woman opens again in Winter 2025.

Get on the waitlist to hear first and receive early bird gifts.

Wishing every woman reading this a moment today to breathe, soften, and remember:
You are wise.
You are whole.
And you are not alone.

Jessica
