Each time you consume sugars or starches, oral bacteria produce acids, which temporarily weaken tooth enamel. Frequent eating gives enamel less time to recover between acid attacks, increasing the risk of cavities. Choosing balanced meals and limiting between-meal snacks can help protect enamel. We're happy to offer guidance on tooth-friendly habits that support long-term oral health. Call +1 510-528-4005 for more information.
