Are you still using that toothbrush from six months ago? We recommend changing your toothbrush every three months. Swap it out sooner if the bristles look frayed or if you’ve been sick. Worn-out bristles are less effective at cleaning and can cause gum irritation. Keep your brushing routine fresh and schedule your semiannual checkup with us at (510) 528-4005.

Eat crunchy fruits and vegetables, as well as dairy products like cheese and yogurt, and drink plenty of water to help strengthen your teeth and maintain your mouth's health. On the other hand, try to limit sugary snacks, sticky candies, and acidic drinks like soda and citrus juice, which can weaken enamel and lead to cavities. A tooth-friendly diet supports a healthy smile from the inside out! 😁🥕

Give us a call at (510) 528-4005 with any questions!
