Love and Live Wellness DM for more info. When I was a kid I was teased for being different which taught me to hide the real me behind a mask. I started to see a shift.

We help women and non-binary folks with ADHD carve out me-time, set boundaries, and conquer all the things that make it difficult to adult, through private & group coaching. My nine-year-old self learned that if I didn't ask questions, I didn't make waves, and I didn't act “stupid” then my friends wouldn't ridicule or make fun of me and that felt safer. As an adult I felt lost and frustrated with my life, which led me to explore every possible path for personal growth that I could get my hands on. I went through so many books and programs that I couldn't finish them all. It was like going from shiny thing to shiny thing and bleeding money in the process. Some things did stick though and overtime I started to find the real me. As I started to embrace my imperfections and show bits of my true crazy self to the world. That all started when I became a yoga teacher in 2014. I found people complimenting my crazy yoga pants and reaffirming the things that make me uniquely me. Their joy helped me to feel more joyful. It wasn't until the pandemic of 2020 that I finally figured out what I'm truly good at: coaching. And not just any coaching, Yoga & Life Coaching, that brings together the philosophy of yoga into each coaching session. I discovered that I feel more grounded and able to coach and lead when I remember to breathe. Through Yoga & Life Coaching I got clear on my four core values and what matters to me most. That helped me clarify my purpose: Coaching women who feel the necessity to blend in so they can shed their mask and become their true self. Do you feel unsure of who you are? Every time you blend in, ignore your needs, and ignore your wants
you’re telling yourself that you don’t really matter

Astrologically speaking, sh*t’s about to get crazy. 😳

Like, don’t-schedule-anything-extra-between-December-8th-and-14th levels of crazy.

How do I know this? I follow CHANI (the astrology app I swear by).

And when I realized what’s coming on December 8th, my first thought was:

“Oh my god, what am I doing to PREPARE myself?”

Then I looked at my calendar and literally laughed out loud. 😂

Because I’m co-leading a mini retreat on December 7th—the day BEFORE this astrological madness hits.

A retreat that’s ALL ABOUT resetting your nervous system, calming the F down, and giving yourself the emotional and energetic armor to make it through the holiday season.

We didn’t plan it this way. But the universe did. 🙏

You’re a badass at holding healthy boundaries 🏆

It’s true!

You might not realize it because all these boundaries feel like, “duh, of course!” situations. 

But the more you’re aware of these “easier” boundaries the easier it becomes to set the harder ones too. 

Because once your brain is on board and believes that you CAN set healthy boundaries, then the easy/hard definition becomes irrelevant. 

So let’s highlight for our brains 🧠 all the places we already have healthy boundaries:

☎️ Keeping your phone on silent.

This healthy boundary that helps to regulate your nervous system- no beeps or noises startling you or interrupting that important meeting.

🚙 Wearing your seatbelt every time you get in a car.

This healthy boundary tells you that you care about your health and safety.

🐻 Defending your kid when they’re bullied at school.

Your protective mama bear instincts are a boundary too, no one gets to mess with your cubs (except you, like when you start calling all new foods “pizza” to try to get your 3 year old to eat more things 😂😂)

Why I’m voting YES on prop 50

First of all this is TEMPORARY…

that means that the governing body responsible for maintaining equitable congressional lines still has their authority and the lines will revert back in 5 years.

So then, why change them now?? 🤷🏻‍♀️

➡️ Because our literal democracy is at stake.

Texas skipped the voting process, ignored the voices of the people, and favored the Republicans’ authoritarian takeover by stealing 5 legislative seats from Congress. 😱

California is big enough to combat that and prop 50 does just that!

When you vote yes on prop 50, it temporarily redraws congressional lines to add 5 Democratic seats to congress. 🤩

➡️ That means we can combat the terrifying mess that our country is in by adding 5 seats for 5 years to counter Texas.

Join me in voting yes on Prop 50 and save our democracy. ❤️

What actually stops you from forming a new habit? 🤔 (It’s not what you think)

It’s not loss of momentum. 🛑

It’s not because you got distracted. 🙃

And it’s definitely not because you’re crap at follow-through (that’s just a limiting belief). 😜

Our Story

Kerstin began her yoga journey almost by accident back in 1999. Since then she’s grown and found that yoga has the power to calm her, to work out the kinks from her day, and eliminate unnecessary stress. In 2014 Kerstin took her yoga journey to the next level by becoming an E-RYT 200 hour certified power yoga teacher. But she hasn’t stopped there. Kerstin realized that yoga alone wouldn’t make her complete and she started delving into nutrition and other healthy habits. When she launched her own business Love and Live Yoga she wanted to help people through every aspect of their lives: improve movement and flexibility through yoga, reduce stress, and cultivate better eating habits to keep the yoga glow flowing all day.
